FAQ: Screenshots

Q: Is the screenshot step run every time we rebuild the application? Or only if we manually run it again?

A: if the screenshot step is not green then Cloudfive will keep trying it until it succeeds in shipping. If it’s green then the only way it will run them again is if you click it manually. There's also a checkbox related to this where you can set “ship” to continue even if screenshots fail.

Q: So, if an app at 3.18 has a screenshot step that is green, and then the app version is upgraded to 3.19, would the screenshot step run again?

A: Nope! You can even see which version and build that was used to upload the screenshots.
